Michelle-Kim Cohen is Legal Counsel for Dassault Systèmes. Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, provides businesses and people with virtual universes to imagine sustainable innovations. At Dassault Systèmes, Michelle is responsible for all employment law and labor matters in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. She works closely with Human Resources in employment matters, including compliance, counseling, litigation and training. Most recently, Michelle has provided training on Interviewing and Best Hiring Practices and the Massachusetts Equal Pay Act in support of Dassault Systèmes commitment to diversity.
Michelle has over ten years of experience in employment law and business litigation. She has spoken at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on employment law topics. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude with honors, Political Science) and Suffolk University Law School (Juris Doctor, cum laude). She also served on the Board of Directors for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Alumni Association from 2011-2016. Michelle is a founder and sponsor of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Legal Network, which was established in 2014.
