Jacques Toubon

Former French Minister of Culture and Minister of Justice. Former Delegate of France for taxation of cultural goods and services . Chair of the orientation Council of the National Center of History of Immigration since its creation in October 2007 until July 2014. Former member of the HADOPI Commission (dedicated to the distribution of works and the protection of rights on the internet). Jacques Toubon was also elected Mayor of the 13th district of Paris and Member of the European Parliament. Since the 18th of July 2014, he was appointed Defender of Rights.
