Aline Scouarnec


Professor at Caen Normandy University, Aline Scouarnec is the head of the Human Resources Master's degree program at the University Business Department commonly called "IAE Caen".

There, she also oversees a program entitled the "Tuesdays of the Management at IAE Caen", a series of lectures dealing with managerial themes and opened to the general public.

An expert in prospective with a focus on "the jobs of tomorrow", she developed a methodology to anticipate and explain the evolution of jobs, skills and organizations. She frequently speaks in companies and professional organizations to solve problems related to change management, organizational transformations and human resources.

The Vice-president of Reference RH, a network gathering the best-in-class human resources trainings in France, Aline is also the President of the French Academic Association of Human Resources Management (AGRH), an association gathering the professors (teaching and research) in human resources.

Aline is very active as Academic Director of PMS RH at ESSEC EXECUTIVE EDUCATION. There, she was responsible for the MOOC Former and developed the skills on FUN with Opcalim.

The Co-Chief Editor of the "Management & Avenir" Review, she has authored about fifty articles and various books. Her last book : "What HR Jobs for tomorrow?" (Dunod Publishing) is a collective work, co-managed with Gwenaelle Poilpot-Rocaboy.
